Ken Paxton revealed he would consider dropping out of the US Senate agrees to lift the filibuster and pass the SAVE Act.
The Save America Act is the most important bill the U.S. Senate could ever pass, and I’m committed to helping President Trump get it done.
I would consider dropping out of this race if Senate Leadership agrees to lift the filibuster and passes the SAVE America Act.
John Cornyn is a coward who has refused to support abolishing the filibuster to pass this bill. Now, Fake News reporters and the establishment are trying to destroy me with misinformation.

Trump recently said he would be making an endorsement in the runoff and called on the other candidate to drop out.

This was an absolute masterclass from Paxton. We’re sure Trump will appreciate it.
The Republican establishment is pushing Trump to endorse Cornyn. Trump’s base wants Paxton.
By doing this he creates two things from Trump.
If Paxton drops out Trump won’t have to anger his base by endorsing Cornyn.
A major policy that Trump and his base backs will be passed in return.
This should be acceptable to all.
We also think this could lead to a Paxton endorsement from Trump. If the GOP can’t deliver the SAVE Act then there is no reason for Trump to give them the endorsement.
